Payment
We accept PayPal, Money Order or check. We can also take any major credit card by phone through our merchant terminal here in our studio. Please remit PayPal payments within 5 business days. If you are mailing a money order, please do so within 5 business days. If you are sending a check, please mail ASAP, as we'll need to wait for the check to clear before shipping. If you are calling in a credit card #, you may call any of these #s between 8am-6pm EST. 804-231-0848, 804-564-2936 or 804-402-7858. We will need the following information:
1. Your billing address for the cc you are using (if different from the shipping address)
2. The cc number
3. cc expiration date
4. The 3 digit code on the back of V/M/DIS OR the 4 digit code on the front of AMEX

If you are in Virginia, we are required by law to add 5% sales tax to your purchase.
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 5 business days, provided the piece has not shipped yet. If it has, you have 10 calendar days in which to return.

Shipping
We ship via Fed Ex Ground. If you are buying smaller pieces, we can combine up to four small pieces. Please contact for more info. We will do our best to ship your piece within 2-4 business days. If you need faster turn around, please let us know and we'll see what we can do. You will receive a tracking number via email once the piece ships. International orders please contact us for pricing and timing.

Refunds and Exchanges
We will allow returns up to 10 calendar days (not business days) from your receipt of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and packing the piece correctly. Exchanges will be accepted for up to 30 calendar days, and you are responsible for return shipping costs and correctly packaging the piece. We stand by our work and if your piece is damaged in shipping (happens rarely) as we have a professional packer, let us AND Fed Ex know immediately and we will work with everyone to rectify the situation. We offer a lifetime repair policy (yours or ours) in case that stray baseball happens to connect with a piece. Repair price determined on a case by case basis.
